Our trip to Vannes

Yesterday we had a crazy trip to Vannes and I'll try and explain it the best I can. Well, the first thing we did is nearly miss the bus. We had to run for it. Next, we got onto a train and went to Auray to catch the next train to Vannes.
When we were going to Vannes, we went on a really fast train called a TRV. Then we had to find somewhere to change money because we have discovered that there is almost nowhere to change our money, especially in little towns. We had 40 minutes to find the main post office and it started pouring with rain. One lady sent us in completely the wrong direction and by the time we figured it out we only had 12 minutes left! Luckily we were the last customers in the post office.
We celebrated with a delicious lunch of pasta, cheese and ham sauce and an egg yolk to mix in. Sounds weird but it was delish! Chocolate mousse for dessert. Then the sun came out and we went to the park where you can see me at the very top in the first picture.
Vannes has beautiful gardens and stately buildings and we took a couple of photos on our way back to the train. Turned out we could have taken some more because we just missed the train and had an hour to wait and then another 45 minutes to wait in Auray. We played a serious amount of Hangman having the most fun we'd had all day. Was Fin glad to get back! Once she saw the sea on the train she jumped up and looked out the window and wagged her tail.
