40:08.72N 27:12.90W at 0900 UTC We waited for the wind to veer as forecast but it never really seemed to happen so we left Terceira at 1430 and made a start on the journey home. We wanted to head north to get the more favourable winds but could only manage northwest at first, towards evening the wind veered and we were able to head north, even a bit of northeast, so now we are on our way. Motor sailing overnight as the wind dropped off but hopefully it will fill in again later.
