We  went for our Despachos at 0800 this morning and were told to wait till 0900 so we sat down on their steps and I began to read a book, prepared to wait as long as it took but not too optimistic. Soon enough someone came with a despachos drove us back to the marina where they tried to get us to pay for the last 2 nights on the mooring ball! As we had been not allowed to leave we refused and left without paying, we are now heading straight for Puerto Rico, missing seeing friends who are here for a wedding and that we had planned to meet up with. We should have listened to Demitri and others who warned us about Boca Chico and the Dominican Republic!
