Hello, Hello, Hello, and Hello,
Good Day to all who follow our great Adventure aboard The S.V. Infinite,

Today is a very special day that has deepest roots among the two countries
represented here aboard and ashore among our friends and family. But first,
The day at sea. Last night the dinner on deck was amazing. We feasted on
Mr Mahi that Skipper Dan so graciously prepared. ( Ahem, Uh, Did I mention
to you who brought him to dinner?) As a side, both oven roasted potatoes and
a dish known at ratatouille (fresh mix of sautéed vegetables including red
and yellow peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and onions). MMMMmmm! As the sun set
over a clear horizon, a pod of dolphins arrived to send the orange and pink
glow away for another day. With the sun gone the temperature cooled. The
night sky again bright with stars and shooting stars. Possibly the same pod
of dolphins returned to add to the display with bioluminescence trails of
light all around the boat . I will not complain at all as today dawned as
nice as the last four days. But we could use a bit more wind. Totally
lacking wind today and have motored non-stop. Back to the special day. I
won't do a history lesson here, but suffice to say we all know the great
heritage we Americans share with our English family. As we go back to the
trials those early Americans/English/Europeans endured, they found with the
help of the local Indians a way to survive in this new land. And now as
Americans we carry this same tradition to this day. As they also called it
back then, today is a day called Thanksgiving. In America, this is a big
holiday that remains focused on the family and the blessings we as a country
recognise. Generally the tradition is accompanied by gathering family and
loved ones to a great feast. Some traditions are different, but the theme is
usually the same. Thanks to God for his blessings for our bounty and family.
Again, I am not politically correct so if your beliefs are different, please
bear with us. Here at sea I am gathered with MY friends and wishing all of
you the great blessings on you and your families as I do mine. HAPPY
THANKSGIVING!!

From all the Crew of The Great Sailing Vessel Infinite,
All the Love, Hugs, and Kisses you can stand :-)
