The wind is still very light so progress is slow, but rather that than a white knuckle ride.  Sleep is still hard to come by as we get used to the rolling.

We had an email from one of the other two boats giving positions 80 miles to the north and slightly more west than us.  They, 'Sloop John B' (USA) and 'Kwispel' (Belgian) can communicate with eachother via HF radio (we opted for a satphone rather than HF) and we can communicate with Kwispel via email.

We are still aiming to get south of the track at the moment to get the best wind.  This of course adds to the distance but should take less time than the direct route if the forecasts are to be believed.

We saw some flying fish for the first time yesterday and one landed on deck last night.  I managed to reach it from the cockpit and return it to where it belongs.  Just before writing this I saw a pod of dolphins playing around the bow.  Unfortunately Lin was in bed so has missed it this time.
