Lat 18.04 N Long 32.1 W . Three flying fish landed on deck last night, so it was tasty fresh fish for breakfast after the porridge. About the same size as sardines, they taste very similar. Night 3, we have good winds and we are about covering about 150 miles per day which is good progress. Shorts shirt and bare footed on deck. We have not seen a single other boat since leaving Cape Verde. It has been quite a cloudy day. This evening there was a wonderful 360 degree sunset with the clouds in the east lit up as well as those in the west, followed by curry for supper
