Things have been a little exciting, the wind has increased to 25knts and moved through NW and is now at West. At times this afternoon we have had 30+kts. We have had to move a few times to get a good anchorage as the island we are hiding behind is not that big. Wind and swell seem to swirl around it at random times, so a fair bit of rolling. But looking at the white water smashing on the other side of the islands it’s still much better here than being at sea. Louie is handling it ok (7/10 on the Louie metre) and Caro is an old hand now. Reading novels today to keep distracted. Wind is supposed to moderate overnight so fingers crossed.

The squid was a great addition to lunch but it has been a bit rough to look for his mates.

We will see what tomorrow brings re a departure for Eden.
