Woke up this morning to very strong winds and lumpy seas
- in the marina! The picture doesn't do it justice as it really was grey and
very windy - however, the temperature was around 25 degrees C. (if anyone knows
how to do a degree symbol please tell me!)
Still, after a fairly slow start we have had another
successful day.

Preparations continue apace, with all of the
provisioning now sorted and the bow thruster props
antifouled, ready for fitting. The diver is booked for
Tuesday afternoon, and after that we are down to checking out all of the
equipment and systems.
Chris from Kotari had a
reefing problem that we have been able to help out with, thanks to Sally&
Lizzie bringing out spare parts on Wednesday.
If you see this Ian - I am looking forward to learning
backgammon on the way over - hope you are patient!
Anyway, that’s all for now - next post will be after the
rest of the crew arrive and we are on the final
countdown
