We’ve seen some pretty tremendous coastal scenery over the last 3 years but nothing to surpass this stretch of the NW Corsican coast.  The formations and setting of the weathered pink granite are so good it has even been deemed a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Photos taken with an ordinary digital camera really do not do it justice:

The day was almost windless, so we motored the entire 20nm to this rather picturesque cove.  Apparently it has been known as the only shelter from the prevailing SW winds on this stretch of coast for centuries, so has hosted a little harbour/refuge, but no town or land routes to it.  It is now a bit touristy, full of moorings so they can pack the boats in and take our money, with some over-priced food & drink ashore.  The scenery and setting are quite wonderful though, so they are forgiven and three very attractive cows grazing on the beach added to the picture!
