After a sleepless night the night before, we had a pleasant night passage and slept well. Yesterday I discovered that the rough passage of the day before pushed seawater up the exhaust of the Onan generator and filled the motor. Today I’ll try to get it going again, but it could be the death toll that the bells are ringing this time. Already the generating side has been patched up as we couldn’t find parts for it. Let’s see if lady luck is again on our side. It’s not a big problem as we have another two generators. Conditions are good and we are motorsailing quickly towards Horta.
