Another windless journey, completed by anchoring
off a beach to the east of the town in 5 metres. Mostly occupied by local people
relaxing at the end of the day. A couple of boys paddled out in an
inflatable dinghy, asking for beer. They'd obviously been sent ahead by their
mates to do a bit of a reconnoitre, so in this instance the response had to be
negative. As dusk fell the beach emptied, bar one or two fishermen. Another
peaceful night.
