we are back on the way maybe only two miles on but now in the Caledonian Canal and heading for Oban. We now have a new aerial and vhf and a new wind transducer but still no AIS. I bought on EBay a new(used) AIS and it didn't work. We will manage without until we get to Holyhead. The moral is look up as well as down !
