The wind NNE that got up at 3am remained with us for 24 hrs. At times up to 24 knots on the beam mostly especially last night and we sailed along at over 7 knots. A good sail especially yesterday as clear blue skies though the sea pretty disturbed and even more so during the night Captain very happy as saved fuel. Brad our Australian friend just delighted to be sailing and couldn't believe the weather yesterday. Alex too thoroughly enjoyed though sadly not been that well in past 12hrs. - much to her annoyance . We suspect it's the bug we all had just before we left St Mawes. Joy and I survived. Did we enjoy last night ? Not so sure but already paling into insignificance!!

Yesterday at 1.30pm we were half way across the bay 45:50.05N 6:36.35W today at the same time we are just a couple of hours from La Coruna. Shows how much ground we covered yesterday afternoon and through the night.

Though as fast as the wind came at 3.00am on Tuesday it suddenly disappeared at 3.00am on Wednesday.

In the past couple of hours we have again seen so many more Dolphins - quite amazing. We can also see the Spanish Coast . Hurrah
