Frustration all round! After a lot of deliberation and thoughts we have decided against welding our prop but to put bolts through it to make it a fixed prop. This has been done and we were due to be hauled out this morning to change the prop and try it out. Then more bad luck: the Renner lift has broken down! Some cables are frayed. Can you believe it? So more waiting for us. Hopefully they will fix it by cutting the bad parts of wire. If that is successful, there is a chance that we will be hauled out on Friday. Wait and see.

The weather has turned bad as well. Very strong squalls, black clouds, some rain. Luckily it doesn't last very long here (in theory!).

We are trying to rent a car to go and play golf instead!
