The good ship Ella Trout is Doing Fine her crew however have had their Moments .After a couple of bouts of Mal de Mer Sandra has been fine and a real brick taking on the cooking. The skipper has had to put up with his usual two days of upset.

The first night was B awful, very lumpy sea beating into a force 5.  The wind had suddenly swung against us halfway down Cardigan Bay and it took until Sunday evening when we had a beautiful sunset and a starry starry night.  Sandra then proceeded to teach me the constellations, there's always something to learn about your family
We have arrive at Lands End Monday 0515 hours and once round the corner we are drifting along under spinnaker and suddenly everything is very pleasant.

ETA Plymouth early hours Tuesday morn.
