She's in the water at last!

We broke a bottle of champagne over Elemiah's bob stay to celebrate her launch and renaming. Then she gently slid into the water looking absolutely fabulous.

First thing in the morning in thick fog we went over to the Covey Island yard to see Elemiah loaded on to the low loader (which thankfully is fixed) for transportation to Lunenburg. It was quite a sight as she seems enormous out of the water and on the back of a lorry. It seemed that as she emerged from the shed the sun came out clearing away the fog and Elemiah sat there glowing.

Later down at the slip in Lunenburg we were able to go over her again. There's still a lot to do before we can leave but the first step has been taken.
