Highlight of yesterday, apart from catching dinner (Sea Bass), was passing the halfway mark. This was celebrated with a bottle of Champagne, (well sparkling wine – skipper had set a budget of 4 Euros). Several photos of our “Party” were attempted capturing feet & sky, until we ended up with a “selfie”.
Earlier we had the “reserve Cruising Chute” up, which powered us along at 6,.5 knots, and brought Cap’n Greg out of his shell !

At 0430 this morning, we were overtaken by a 103ft American yacht, “Corwith Cramer”, we communicated by VHF, and they are sailing from Cape Verde to Dominica, with a crew of 29 doing scientific research. On a “Jolly” more like!

I just caught an enormous fish………………………….
………………………………but it got away!
