43:06.29N 09:12.84W Tuesday - we leave just as dawn is breaking and it’s lovely to have company as Mira and Signet slip within minutes of each other.  Although it’s a shortish 36NM hop we’ve planned it carefully as we’re rounding Cape Finisterre.  It’s a long bleak promontory even in the sunshine and it’s very comforting to have another yacht always in sight, especially one that’s made the journey before.  Wind on the nose means it’s engine all the way with reefed mainsail to help a bit and give some stability, but it’s a good fast passage and we’re tied up by 1330.  Muxia is another new marina but, unlike Muros, seems to have no interest in attracting custom and no charm to keep visitors, although we enjoy a bracing walk around the headland to stretch our legs and look down on the Ria we’ve just entered.  An early night is in order as we’ve another early start tomorrow.
