38:43.15N 20:43.43E ‘Blog readers, blog readers this is yacht Deep Blue, yacht Deep Blue, over’ - just playing with my radio technique and making sure you’re reading me!  We’re on board and all is well.  We’re having a full day unpacking and reminding ourselves where everything lives.  Also, a visit to the lawyer’s office this morning to sign papers to make Deep Blue a UK registered ship again so we’ll be able to fly the red ensign when we sail.  More on flags later but for now we’re content to be here, sweltering in the sun, but enjoying living on a boat again.  The photo shows Deep Blue tied up here at Perigali – notice the skipper hard at work reading his book in the shade!
