We made it out of Russian waters. It was a fabulous experience. Majestic scenery and great warm people.
We left new friends behind. Irina, Eduardo and Sergey thank you for all.
This morning we are 139nm from Kamchatka and almost 1/3 of the way to Attu Island. Already US territory, this island was a former military base and still has a working airfield although inhabited since the end of the century
A survival hut is operational with food, medical supplies, generator, heater and a VHF radio.
At this speed we will be there in two days 380nm to go.
We are at 1,020nm (1,900km) from the dateline.
