Passage making

Love it or hate it passage making provides the complete range of wind and
sea conditions as well as personal emotions.
In the 1600 nm since we left Bodrum we have had just about everything that
Med conditions can provide.
Wind from every point of sail and every wind strength, including two full
blown gales that had us running for shelter with big confused seas, no moon
or stars and only the white flash of spray blown sideways off the tops of
the waves.
Now on the final evening of our passage to Gibraltar we have mirror smooth
seas, no wind and the dying sun sparkling off the small ripples as a large
pod of dolphins cruise across our wake in search of supper.
What was I thinking of when I said....never again?
