You know your going to have a good day when you have Dolphins in the morning playing with the now wave..........

It's been a busy week since we set off from Finike.
First night we anchored in Kalkan, next morning moved to Marmaris to have the auto pilot steering ram checked. Wednesday took a trip in land to Pamakkale to see one of the amazing natural wonders of Turkey known as the Cotton Castles, and the ancient city of Hierapolis founded in the 2nd century B.C. It is truly fascinating to see how much still remains of these sites for you to enjoy.
Thursday we set sail for Simi........... As we approached the entrance it becomes apparent how desperate the Syrian people are getting as we saw a small dinghy washed up against the rocks and the hillside scattered with life jackets. They had managed to get to land with only a few casualties but this is becoming a daily occurrence for the Greek Islands, and port police spending all their time checking them in.
We made good time to Simi so headed straight to Datca to check ourselves out of Turkey for the final time.
Friday we headed North and anchored on the last Turkish Island we would see Catalada.
Sailing over to Patmos this morning to replenish our water, and we have made it as far as the Island of Fournoi. 37:33.57N 26:29.22E. Dolphins playing with the bow wave this morning is always a welcoming site.
