Santa Pola to Aguillas anchorage.

We head to our first anchorage of the year just 80nm down the coast. it is probably the most uninspiring an anchorage could be…a big rusting pier, and unfinished houses but so calm that we were guaranteed a really  good night’s sleep and Chris and Rob woke up to leave at first light on the way to Gibraltar.During the moonless but calm night we were entertained by some dolphins rolling in the bow waves and sparkling in the phosphorescence, a great sight. Not too much shipping or fishing boats for our first four hourly watches.
