Tuesday/Wednesday 21/22 July Suns out, fresh W wind – fast crosschannel reach to Dartmouth 100NM

Blue sky. Jamie arrives on morning ferry, Jane decides to stay – cast off 0900. Motor out – head for Dartmouth. After 3 hours breeze sets in – lovely sail arriving Dartmouth 0200. Pick up spare mooring buoy just off Warfleet Creek. Deep sleep.0900 wait for enough boats to head out to sea and leave space in Kingswear marina. Get allocated excellent berth. Chill out soaking up sun, dozing/reading. Proper beer ashore with supper at The Ship Inn.
