Sal cycles on Brompton to Capesestang (9k) for bread and pastries. After leisurly breakfast creep under the lowest bridge on the canal (having left the solar cells in position this time). Some 340degree bends to follow the contour tho beautiful countryside. Two single and two big double locks to arrive Homps, and tie up outside pizza bar, where stopped on way down. Shower at back of vintners (buy lovely sweet wine on way out!). Pizza delivered to boat.
