No hurry. Walk 40mins up n down along track on E shore to prediscovered beach. Not many primrose butterflies this time, lots of brown uns. How did they survive thunderstorm`s torrential rain? Sea temp refreshing, but swimmable. Crystal clear.Speedboat arrives with sunbeds and brollys; tripper boat arrives. Hourly service from town to save the walk. Time to get going. Spiders active spinning webs on D`fly – so they`ve survived downpour too. Swifts v chirpy as well, perched on anchorlines. Good exit from berth despite two close neighbours and slight crosswind. New prop is great in reverse, unlike predecessor. Motor along beach so Rach can see us leaving. Unusual warm ESE wind when get half out of bay. All sails fetch 3knts, then 4, but doesn`t last as usual NW will be building. Enter Sivota with many Sunsail arriving, so dive for slot next to large mb. V hot in here (31degrees in cabin). Fumes from yachts charging batteries again. Quite a few anchored in bay. Much much busier than our previous visits. Meet Simon, knackered after busy long day. Make appointment for Friday, so can explore S for 2 days.
