A glorious sunny day for our first major outing this season.  We left Ardfern  at 13.50 to catch the tide through Dorus Mor and up the Sound of Luing past the Fladda light. 

 

Soon rattling along with 3-5kts of tide helping us and very quickly to Puilladobhrain anchorage where we joined 2 other boats with a further 2 arriving later.  The record is supposed to be 58 boats at anchor for a Royal Highland YC muster.  The new Rocna anchor performed perfectly, setting instantly in 6m in mud.  Feeling lazy so opened a bottle of wine - toasted absent friends (Martin & Dawn) and enjoyed the sunshine.
