Last night Penny and I had a splendid dinner at the Captains Table here at the Copra Shed . This is one of the finest restaurants in Fiji and deserves it's reputation . This was a belated birthday meal for Penny and to celebrate my first 70,000 nm as a skipper ( 45,000 as skipper of L'Esprit de la Mer)

Earlier we took a tour of part of the island with a local driver. We visited lovelly beaches and reefs and some of the plantations . We ended the day at a spectacular waterfall.

We are ready to sail tomorrow to vist some of the other islands
