Arrived mid morning, winds overnight not as light as expected so made good progress , no issues and check in turned out to be straightforward so apart from a deluge just as we were mooring all is well here.

 

Andrew is packed and awaiting his relatives who arrive tomorrow, this evening we broke out a bottle of bubbly to celebrate the cruise so far and relive some of the highs and lows. Most of the highs were to do with St Petersburg and most of the lows to do with the cold! And will be on "shore leave" for about 10 days, the wedding is Friday and Saturday and we are planning to meet up at Cuxhaven near western end Kiel canal middle of next week.

 

We are in a smallish yacht harbour on the opposite side of the river to the town, took a ferry over this afternoon to take a look, not that inspiring, not sure we will stay here long, will check it out properly after we see And off.
