Hello All, well, we all made it even with our overweight bags. Flights were OK, apart from 6hr delay at LA; apartment was OK ish, at least when it wasnt raining. Fresher was launched the day after we arrived and Carl & Beth have been in the marina. We were launched a couple of days late due but it meant we had plenty of time to cleanCefi and sort everything out whilst ashore and all Ok now, we spent one night in marina and now we are both anchored north of the marina about 30m apart. Went for a sail(?) yesterday and everything incl comms seems fine. 

 

weather hasnt been great, very hot and humid with quite frequent and violent thunderstorms and not a lot of wind. So yesterdays sail was actually wallowing while having a warm shower. We are planning a shakedown cruise to Bora Bora which is about 160nM but will wait till well into next week when weather and winds look like improving.
