50 deg. W!!! Squally but moving along. Corned beef last night and cheese and cream crackers and Branston for lunch. Still on port tack with pole out and downwind. All well in spite of rolly polly which makes sleep difficult. Have been on 3 hour watches since start so we get a good rest if conditions allow. Mostly overcast at night and a full moon which washes the stars out even if we could see them so no chance to marvel at the majesty of the wheeling universe, our insignificance, the meaning of it all etc etc. Shoulda brought the Scrabble. Dave just heard he has a new grandson “Isaac”. We are expecting cigars after dinner.
