Vicky, Arthur and George flew back to England but Carango was only lonely for a few hours before the arrival in style of Clive Ross, Willy Verdon-Smith and Brookie. They were in remarkably good spirits despite the necessary departure from Stansted to fly to Palermo. 

We set off after victualling for a short hop to S. Vito lo Capo - successful short introductory leg.

Dinner in the excellent Locazza in S Vito lo Capo town with the gorgeous Elizabetta. This town was in fiesta and we enjoyed a pop concert in the piazza before staggering back to Carango.

We slipped at crack of dawn for the overnight passage to Sardinia.
