Distance run from Blue Lagoon 21nm – 21nm through the water – 3hrs30mins underway

We spent a rest day in Blue Lagoon which allowed Alice and Stuart with their new found confidence on the paddleboards to journey to the village on the far side of the anchorage – and back.  There was also a snorkelling trip along the reef in front of the resort.  A seahorse was spotted but of course the camera was back on the boat.

The next destination was an anchorage between the islands of Dwaraqa and Nanuya know as Manta Ray Passage.  The route took us outside of the Yasawa chain and passed a variety of obstacles, better to be avoided.

Unfortunately the Giant Manta Rays were not playing but there was some reasonable snorkelling to be had.

A great combination of species, shapes and colours
