Andrew feeling that he had experienced enough of the delights of Provincetown we decided to sail back across the bay to Boston so that we could spend a day sightseeing and be well set for Boston Logan Airport.

It was however a frustrating motor sail back as the light wind seemed to head us.  An interesting route through the Narrows pursued by the Manx registered super ketch Fidelis doing 12.5kts up our stern and with a pilot on board saw us coming up to 1800 edging our way into a familiar anchorage off the South Boston Yacht Club where we anchored just after low water with 0.6m under the keel.

We were last here in June 2011 and on blowing the hooter to summon the club launch were delighted to reacquaint ourselves with Megan, the duty driver who delivered us ashore for a cold beer and to meet some friends from our previous visit.
