We arrived here yesterday afternoon in a LOT of wind (gusting 46 kts) and excitement. All well and no major breakages, 7 days out from Martinique, generally a quiet passage. The city has the Sierra Nevada range close by, 15,000 ft high and snow some of the year. First impressions are of a lovely city and welcoming people – and the marina itself is pretty good too. I need to go check the news now to find out what’s happened in Westminster!
