There has been a bit of confusion regarding our next destination. Confusion caused by both the weather and 1st mate wanting to get home to help her son move into his new flat. We are now aiming to get back to the UK by the 14th July.

Of course by the time we get there it could just be K, since all unity has disapeared as a result of the turkies voting for Christmas and deciding to leave the EU. This is a truly sad and worrying time, brought on us by that weak pathetic PM of ours, and of course the tabloid press. I am ashamed to be English!

Anyway, we decided to leave Spain today and start crossing Biscay heading for La Rochelle. The wind of course, was, and is, coming from the wrong dirction and we are having to motor straight into it. Given that we are motoring anyway we decided to head a bit further North to make landfall on Ile d'Yeu. This should happen late on Moday afernoon, unless we change our minds again..

So far a much flatter crossing than the outbound leg.
