Log from Pete

Well, we've made some progress towards A Coruna by heading back down river to Dartmouth. We have stopped here to get the boat provisioned and to cook enough meals for the crossing. Those of you who followed the Atlantic crossing may take a wild guess and assume these meals will consist mostly of curry. Well, you would be right!

So, for the next two nights we are enjoying the luxury afforded by the Dart Haven Marina. We will be setting sail on Saturday.

We are also "focussing". In much the same way as a high jumper looks intently at the bar they need to clear, we are looking at A Coruna on a chart, breathing deeply and visualising ourselves there. This may not work, but it keeps us occupied whilst not in the pub.

I have tried to attach a picture for the 1st time. If it failed to attach what you would have seen is a lovely sunset in Dittisham. If it succeeded to attach what your are seeing is, er, a lovely sunset in Dittisham.
