We've finally left Antigua after a super Christmas and New year and extended
holiday with the family partially due to a cancelled Virgin flight delaying
the flight by 27 hours!
What a great place Antigua is - super beaches (all 365 of them!), great
local hospitality and happy welcoming people, driving on the correct side of
the road, English as the native tongue and very chilled - recommend to
anyone.
So we're now in the bay at Deshaise , Guadeloupe - great sail, super weather
and welcomed in by a pod of dolphins! Gunna be anchored for a day or two
whilst we sort a load of paperwork & work stuff, though may venture ashore
on Monday for a little explore (customs closed till then so if go ashore
before we're liable to be arrested as illegal immigrants!).
