Rather slow progress. Down to 1 reef and half the yankee overnight as it had got up to 24 knots apparent so well into F5 and was bouncy. Going about every 12 hours or so as still hard on the wind - normally it comes a bit free-er by Salvador but so far it remains obstinately NE.
Otherwise not much happening. The only man-made object seen in 48 hrs was the space station which came across early last night. No ships or even 'planes.
