We motored into headwinds to the Eolian Isands - volcanic islands that are still active. One of them is actrually called 'Volcano' and it was smoking as we sailed past. Dramatic scenery. We stopped at Lipari and witnessed a massive hill fire quite close - which we first thought was a volcanic eruption.
