Sun. The first Lympstone crew arrive at Rennes airport, Tony Gratton, Chris Coomber, Alan Hoare and Rosemary Maltby.

 

Mon. Early start from Vannes, out of the Morbihan and north up the coast past Ile de Groix and the Glenans.  Moored in Lesconil, a small fishing port for the night.  68 miles and quite lumpy, we all felt lethargic with the motion.

 

Tue. Off at 7am for an 80 mile passage past the notorious Raz and Chanel du Four to l’Aberwrach.
