Just passed Cape Finisterre and into the Ria da Muros
We are starting to understand why everyone says that the Spanish Rias are so good - these little inland (and some not too little) seas are fringed with towns and fishing ports that offer quiet cruising grounds with great evening stops for local seafood - either in one of the many bars and restaurants or bought from local fish markets to enjoy on board.
We are being very lucky with the weather with gentle breezes wafting us down the coast in warm sunshine so we are seeing it all through sunny glasses.
We stayed last night in the port of Muros - captained by a larger than life harbourmaster named Pedro - outstanding support and welcome - "you are part of the Muros family now" - and it felt like it.
