Probably I am at the happiest when I am out sailing..

I have read many books writen by sailors who routinely fill their logs with symbolism and poetry. Myself I appreciate the grand bleu since my youth. I had the happiest times of my life at sea and  I still feel the same when I am sailing. Is it the achievement of sailing somewhere far, the survival during bad weather, the stimulation needed or the adventure?
I said it all. Satisfaction comes from achieving a voyage and then a new plan  for a more difficult one which when you succed it  gives greater feeling of satisfaction. This is for me sailing.
But readers do not think everyday is a happy day, today for example was a very lousy day where the sails and boom flap noisely, you think the boat is cracking when she moves beating the waves without wind and you are trying to find a better course just like a pain killer. You need patience, the more you have the better it is.
Enough for tonight hopefully we will have stronger wind tonight and gain some way and improve our position.
Good night to all
