In Bourg Des Saints, there was a mini carnival and children were having their faces painted. We had waited for quite a long time, but in the end we decided to go back to the boat and paint Arthur and Alice’s faces as I had (can you believe!!) packed some face paints!! the results are below! not as impressive as the artwork being done on the streets, however an hour later it was all washed off as we went swimming!!
