The crew, and captain, all favored waiting for the delayed start on Tuesday!  Of course there is disappointment in not "getting it on"....and there is concern for getting back home to family as soon as reasonable....BUT, safety and good sailing sense demand taking the delay.  The Racing Division boats, must leave on Sunday, but that is only about 10 boats, and we are hearing that 2 of them may drop back to the Cruising Division and take the Tuesday start.  The biggest worry is about the boats that are less robust, the crews that are less experienced, and those boats with kids and families aboard.  As we checked in with other "big boats" here on "the wall" with us...about 20 boats total...only the racing boats plan to leave on Sunday.
