The final 100 miles from Fecamp to Poole had it all: fair breeze and sparkling sunshine, the asymmetric aired, calms, day, night, empty ocean, legions of ships, full sail, two reefs and the staysail, gusts up to F7, driving rain, gloopy viz.  All in all, the last 20hr passage just about summed up cruising under sail!

Aquila is now alongside PYC.  The Baltic exped has been a terrific experience and great fun. As ever, her skipper is eternally grateful for the support of all of those who have helped crew, and so make it happen.   Without you, Aquila wouldn't get much beyond Old Harry.
