With our arrival at Androssan marina yesterday evening, Phase 2 of Aquila's summer cruise has now come to a successful conclusion.  Just in time, as the weather this morning has been truly awful - we got three showers for the price of one: running to them, in them, and running back!  But at least we've had several hours  of warmth and sunshine over the past few of days.

We will now leave Aquila here for two weeks while the skipper and mate (and Chris!) return home as originally planned to attend to domestic stuff.  The skipper will then return to Androssan on 19 July, together with the first week's 'recovery crew': Tom, Ken Roberts and Lawrence Scott.  So please start doing whatever dances work for you to bring Aquila northerly winds as from that date!

So shutting down now until then.  In the meantime, we hope the posted comments and phots of the past couple of months have provided some amusement for participants and those back at home.  And above all, thank you to all those who have come and participated in the cruise - without your involvement, none of it would have been possible.  We've had a lot of fun, despite the weather!
