 Over the past few days we’ve been without access to wifi, but hopefully the micro blogs sent from Pippa’s phone have successfully updated our position each evening together with giving you a brief account of some of the day’s highlights.

Now that we have wifi again, here are some pictures to give you added flavour.  This is Pippa going for it during the tasting session at the Lagavulin warehouse;

That’s a 49 year old malt she’s tackling at 1130am!  Meanwhile the skipper was trying to work out how he could fit this lot aboard:

Despite the temptation to stay, we thereafter escaped the anchorage we had enjoyed all to ourselves;

After the hard sail to Loch na Mile, the skipper did one of his spag bols

Which the crew seemed to enjoy:

On Wednesday the sun actually shone and just 2 slabs plus staysail were required to power us the Sound of Jura:

The fuel/water/shower/shop/chandlery stop at Ardfern marina for a few of hours;

We then tucked up snug for the night some 20m further north in the Puilladobhrain anchorage.  On Thursday for the departure, Pippa steered a steady course as the skipper called the back transit to keep us clear of the numerous hazards;

And an hour later she was still on the wheel as we nosed our way past mussel farms in Loch Spelve:

Where we spent the very wet day in a well sheltered anchorage:

And the crew maurauded ashore through the local jungle:

The skipper was very pleased with this one, qs after a year of ownership he's now managed to work out how to take a selfie!

 Stuart leaned against a tree, with dire results:

That's it for now.  Will send more when we reach Tobermory
