Some photos below of the '80s Rock star party' on the beach at the St. Lucia Yacht club….  Far too many rum punches later….. Ants ended up going through a ‘rum marriage ceremony’ long after we had gone to bed, we went to visit our new ‘son in law’ on a catamaran at the end of the pontoon the next afternoon to ask his intentions…. a bit like Ants he does not remember much about it, set up by a ‘friend’ of his…. rings made up of pandanas leaf,  dog collar made up for the ‘vicar’…. at the local Broadwalk Bar……Ants spent the day on the yacht drinking gallons of water and feeling a tad sorry for herself and sworn off rum for life, ha ha.  The evening was huge fun dancing to some great music produced by a superb band.

Picture of the flowers from the guys of ‘Jandamarra’ before our very successful ‘Ocean Cruising Club’ pontoon party where the  beer, wine and eats flowed. Lots of comments about one of the best ever pontoon parties the next day.  

Also a comment from one of the people off an 82’ Oyster saying our interior was far nicer…..  We have had many positive comments about Aqualuna which is great and shown quite a few people around having made excuses about its ‘lived in’ look, not quite the same as the magazine photos of her.  There are now 4 Discovery yachts together on the same pontoon, one hasn’t done the ARC and the owner is still away.  Tomorrow night is the last night of the ARC with a big party and prize giving then we will set sail for Antigua via Les Saintes for a few days.
