After an anxious weekend waiting for news Lincoln came round this morning and after testing the engine thoroughly has given it a clean bill of health. Our reaction to the gear sticking the other day meant that no damaged was incurred and having refilled the transmission fluid reservoir we will be good to go once we have the alternator replaced. Yes we are going to get a new one, hopefully sometime this afternoon. We will then reprovision tomorrow and clear out and be on our way again early Wednesday. That is the suggested plan at this moment.

We shall be celebrating this evening for sure.

In the meantime we are enjoying the news from Bermuda and the photos look stunning, we probably won't stop there our selves unless the wind is determined we should, our intention will be to head to the Azores and either Fiail or San Miguel and hopefully get to a party or maybe two.

Have a couple of drinks for us, and on the weather front, today is a much better day, getting better all the time and even some blue sky and sunshine here too.

More in due course,
